Nefertiti Spa Cusco in Magesterio, is the worst place to get your hair cut in Peru. Saturday I went there and asked them to simply shape up my long hair which has long layers... I told them I wanted to keep my length and to not take off more than an inch or two. I brought four pictures of the same hair style. The woman who was supposed to attend to me visibly appeared annoyed that she had a client. She quickly washed my hair and sat me down. I then tried to show her my pictures again just to make sure and she took my phone and only vewed one of four of the pictures for about 5 seconds and grabbed my hair and chopped off 3 inches. I was shocked but didn't know what to say. She went very quickly, barely dried my hair and considered herself finished. I pointed out how my hair seemed bad in places and she cut it some more and then basically washed her hands of me. I walked out. I went home. I showered. I looked at my hair and combed it and noticed that one side was not even close to the same length as the other side. I also apparently turned out to have long thick bangs as one layer and then the rest of my hair as another layer. I went back and asked for the owner who said he would fix it. He pulled my semi-dry hair to the top of my head like a tall pony tale and chopped off another 3 inches! As of right now I look like I have a mullet. My hair used to be to my lower back and now it's above my chest. It is thinned out and no longer has the thickness it had before. The BANGS that I guess are supposed to be a layer are super thick, cut badly so it curls towards my face and is STILL uneven.
I left. I was not refunded. I was not apologized to. I do not recommend that salon to anyone.
